Logistics & assistance

The Logistics Department is responsible for organising and supervising all travel and paperwork for our partner agencies’ teams out in the field, as well as ensuring there is always help at hand in an emergency.

Visas and vaccinations

The Logistics Department takes care of all visa applications and vaccines for teams on assignment throughout the world. In constant contact with authorities, they work hard to ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.

Travel plans

Amongst their responsibilities is the task of coordinating flights and hotel reservations, as well as solving problems when changes need to be made or cancellations occur. The Logistics Department also negotiates special rates in hotels in all five continents.

Insurance

Another of their tasks includes maintaining files pertaining to health insurance, account activity and claims and keeping up-to-date on all necessary documentation when it comes to renewing a policy or making a claim.
