Selection, assessment and training

Applicants will need to take part in a group assessment centre and if successful will be required to attend a training programme in our Madrid office.

The group assessment centre will take place in one of our European offices. The event requires business attire and candidates will take part in several exercises focusing on presentation skills, commercial awareness and fluency in English for non-native speakers.

Successful candidates will be required to attend a selective training programme in Madrid for up to five full days. Candidates will be working together throughout the training process. The objective of the training is two-fold.  First is to ensure that all candidates understand working methodology and sales strategy used at AFA Press. The second is to assess the suitability of each candidate for the International Sales Representative position. As such a final assessment will be conducted four days into the training with the Commercial Director. At this point successful candidates will be offered employment. To complete the training process, trainees will need to take part in an induction and orientation day on the fifth day.
